Recent Updates:

  • Account Management

    • New PO column in Orders, Account Balance and Billing history sections of Saputo MAX. Previously, had to go into an order to view the PO.
    • Copy order functionality available in the Orders section and found in the overflow menu (3 dots) of an order.

  • List Improvements

    • Lists now indicates if a product is already in the cart and add to cart button is disabled for that product. Product and product quick view tiles indicate if that product is already in the cart and add to cart button is disabled. Previously, the same product could be added to the cart without any warning resulting in incrementing the product quantity in the cart.
    • List overview indicates warning sign on the list if it contains discontinued or unavailable products. Previously, had to go into the list to check.
    • List can be changed to compact view to view more items on the screen. This removes the product images allowing for more efficient order creation.
    • Export of CSV file from a List now includes the product pricing based on the unit of measure (i.e. case or unit) and quantity.
    • Ability to remove unavailable items in a list.
    • Unable to add to cart error resolved when adding all items to cart from a large list.
    • Permissions changed to allow the Customer Admin role associated to an account to have full edit access on all lists for an account. Previously only the creator of a list was able to delete a list. (excludes shared lists, only user who shared the list can edit, will show changes to all shared accts)
    • New List sharing functionality found under List details in the overflow menu (3 dots) allows sharing lists with other accounts under a user profile.
    • Visual changes made to the List details page indicating the creator and modifier of a list along with the account(s) a list is shared with and/or the account from which a list is shared

  • Cart Improvements - Quick Orders - CSV Files

    • CSV upload of file in cart to quickly create an order will ignore products with 0 or blank quantities. This allows rapid order creation from a price list or other file for only products containing a numeric value in quantity column. Previously, all products on the CSV file were uploaded into the cart with or without a quantity.
    • Export of CSV file from Cart now includes the product pricing based on the unit of measure (i.e. case or unit) and quantity.

  • Product Information Improvements

    • Random or catch weight products display price per kg in product detail and product quick view tiles.
    • Sale products now display end date of promotion.
    • Issue resolved to remove promotion label indicating “Sale ends invalid date” for unavailable products.

  • Order Improvements

    • New warning message displayed when an order is left in the Cart past the order deadline or delivery date; message indicates to select a new delivery date to proceed with order.
    • New warning message for an order left at Review order page indicating to select a new delivery date to proceed with order.

  • Interface Improvements - Mobile Devices (iPhone/Android/Tablet)

    • Search field stability. Previously, was unable to enter anything in this field.
    • Android devices
      • Add to cart popup no longer hides the add to cart button
      • User is able to search for a product in the cart using the search field
      • Issue resolved with the keyboard popping up when using search or entering quantities in a list
    • Stability of quantity field in product detail and product quick view tiles when entering more than 1 digit in quantity field.
    • Oops message no longer appearing when clicking on a discontinued or unavailable product.
    • Ship to search field indicates "No results found" when searching for an account # if not found
    • Overflow menu in Lists, Orders (or within an order) and Cart sections contain various options

    • New links to Saputo Food Service À LA CARTE newsletter signup on landing page, dashboard and in Shop section
