A new Source column in the Orders page to indicate the entry method of an order.
Saputo MAX – order entered in Saputo MAX
Saputo MAX RO – Saputo MAX created recurring or standing order
ERP – an order entered by a Saputo employee in the main system
Previously, a call had to made to Customer Service if an order was not recognized by the user.
Product and Pricing Improvements
Products on promotion now display a clear message indicating promotional pricing is applied for orders invoiced by the promotion end date shown
Previously promotional products indicated “Sale ends” + promotion end date could be misleading when placing an order.
List Improvements
Issue resolved for “Oops” message when accessing list details. This error is generated when original creator/user of list is no longer a Saputo MAX user.
Customer Admin role can now access list details and/or delete these lists
Issue resolved with the screen going blank or freezing when changing language from English to French or vice versa in various areas of Saputo MAX.
Previously, when accessing list details of a list created by a non-existent Saputo MAX user, the “Oops” error page would appear and unable to delete the list.
Other or Website
The Delivery note functionality in Review Order page has been removed since this is not supported by delivery driver’s handheld device; notes do not transfer to the handheld for invoice.
Previously if a user entered a note and the customer order was delivered by a DSD driver, the note was not visible to the driver and did not print on the invoice which is generated at time of delivery.
